We are currently looking for Support and Sales reps. Support reps would be for Level 1 issues only, and would be expected to escalate any tickets involving root level access to Management. Sales reps would be expected to learn about our company and our aims/objectives (especially that - as our name suggests - we are happy to work closely with our customers to help them out whenever possible).

We are especially interested in people who are online during typical Australian hours. Pay is flexible, although would likely be per-ticket (at least initially).
